Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customized Products

  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item is shipped.
  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.

Refund Options

Upon approval of your return, you can choose how to receive your refund:

  1. Wallet Credit (Default & Faster)
    • Refunds can be credited as Darkwhite Wallet Credit within 2–3 business days.
    • Credits can be used for future purchases and never expire.
    • Recommended for quick refunds and hassle-free shopping.
  2. Original Payment Method
    • Refunds can be credited back to your bank, card, or original payment method.
    • Depending on your bank/payment provider, processing may take 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

Referral Reward Credits

  • Referral reward credits are promotional in nature and are not eligible for refunds or withdrawal.
  • If an order is returned or refunded, referral rewards earned from that order will be reversed.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is posted).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
  4. If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@darkwhiteshop.com with your order number.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at support@darkwhiteshop.com.

Return Shipping

  • To return a product, please contact us at support@darkwhiteshop.com for shipping instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
